Основными затрагиваемыми тематиками настоящего дайджеста являются: влияние активно растущей интрамуральной миомы на исходы экстракорпорального оплодотворения; частота живорождений после лечения по поводу рака или трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток; хромосомные, гестационные и неонатальные исходы переноса мозаичных эмбрионов с генетически верифицированной анеуплоидией; применение искусственного интеллекта при отборе сперматозоидов в рамках программ вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий; персонализированная терапия пробиотиками у женщин с целью восстановления физиологичной микробиомы влагалища.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This issue of reproductive medicine news presents the second part of most relevant meta-analyses, reviews, prospective researches data, as well as innovative methods in the treatment of diseases of the reproductive system, presented in leading international periodicals in 2023.
