This issue of reproductive medicine news presents the most relevant meta-analysis data, as well as innovative methods in the treatment of diseases of the reproductive system, presented in leading international periodicals in 2024. The main conclusions of the clinical recommendations of the European Society for Human Reproduction on the management of married couples with recurrent implantation failures are also briefly formulated.
