В статье представлены основные предпосылки к созданию лечебно-диагностического отделения вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий ГНЦ РФ ФГБУ «НМИЦ эндокринологии» Минздрава России, а также история его развития. Основными задачами данного подразделения являются организация и оказание эффективной медицинской помощи мужчинам и женщинам с репродуктивными нарушениями, в том числе на фоне присутствующих эндокринных заболеваний. Специалистами отделения применяется персонализированный подход к ведению супружеской пары от момента начала обследования до благополучного вынашивания беременности.

The article presents the main prerequisites for the creation and the history of the development of the therapeutic and diagnostic department of assisted reproductive Research Centers of the Russian Federation of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «NMIC Endocrinology» of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The main tasks of this unit are the organization and provision of effective medical care for men and women with reproductive disorders, including against the background of endocrine diseases present. The specialists of the department apply a personalized approach to the management of a married couple from the moment of the beginning of the examination to the successful gestation.
