Рассматривается использование лекарственного препарата селективного модулятора эстрогеновых рецепторов как этиопатогенетической коррекции существующей у пациентки доброкачественной дисплазии молочных желёз как основной патологической ее причины, так и фактора риска дальнейшей пролиферативной и митотической активности — длительно существующей гиперэстрогении, оценены результаты клинических исследований в реальной клинической практике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review considers current ideas about the stages of development of pathological dysplastic processes in the mammary glands, data from reviews and meta-analyzes to study the causes of their development, factors of progression, the risk of their further influence on the formation of breast cancer.
