Такая гипогликемия длится обычно до трех суток. Более длительная и тяжелая гипогликемия ставит вопрос о генетической природе данного состояния и описана при мутации в генах HNF4A, HNF1A, GCK и ABCC8.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The most common cause of hypoglycemia in newborns is fetal hyperinsulinemia in response to maternal hyperglycemia, and the triggering mechanism for its development is placental separation during delivery, which abruptly stops glucose supply while insulin secretion remains elevated. Such hypoglycemia typically lasts up to three days. Persistent and severe hypoglycemia beyond this period raises suspicion of a genetic etiology and has been described in cases of mutations in the HNF4A, HNF1A, GCK, and ABCC8 genes.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>гипергликемия</kwd><kwd>MODY12</kwd><kwd>врожденный гиперинсулинизм</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>hyperglycemia</kwd><kwd>MODY12</kwd><kwd>congenital hyperinsulinism</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена по инициативе авторов без привлечения финансирования</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Glaser B, Thornton P, Otonkoski T, Junien C.
