На мой взгляд, они достаточно точно отвечают на вопрос врача, в том числе работающего в сфере репродуктивного здоровья, о том, каким образом ему следует относиться к проблеме профилактики йДЗ. Сразу следует заметить, что этот документ и принцип, на котором базируются рекомендации, в большей степени подходит для клиницистов, чем для организаторов здравоохранения (этот вопрос будет обсуждаться несколько позже).Итак, принцип, положенный в основу документа, состоит в том, что страны и регионы делятся на несколько категорий в зависимости от уровня потребления йода, при этом в качестве основного показателя потребления йода используется доля домашних хозяйств, потребляющих йодированную поваренную соль. Совершенно логично, что в регионах, где больше 90% хозяйств использует йодированную поваренную соль, т.е. йодный дефицит фактически ликвидирован, какойлибо дополнительной профилактики в каких-либо группах лиц, включая беременных и кормящих женщин, не требуется. К таким регионам, например, относятся все страны СНГ, кроме России и Украины, а также большая часть стран остального мира. Затраты на индивидуальную йодную профилактику, которые несоизмеримо, на несколько порядков, превышают затраты на йодирование поваренной соли, в этих регионах лишены смысла. Иначе обстоит дело в регионах йодного дефицита, где доля населения, потребляющего йодированную поваренную соль, меньше рекомендованного уровня. В данном случае рекомендации направляют усилия организаторов здравоохранения на принятие законодательных и иных мер, направленных на программы всеобщего йодирования поваренной соли. На практическом уровне беременным и кормящим рекомендуется проводить профилактику дефицита йода назначением его препаратов, ориентируясь на минимальную потребность в 250 мкг в сутки.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">UNICEF/WHO.
