В эксперименте на животных лишение андрогенов приводит к нарушению веноокклюзионного механизма и появлению патологического венозного дренирования крови из кавернозных тел («венозной утечке», venous leakage) [5–7]. В ограниченной серии клинических случаев было подтверждено, что дефицит андрогенов действительно приводит к «венозной утечке», а лечение андрогенами может восстанавливать функцию тканей полового члена (Пч) [8–10].цель нашей работы состояла в уточнении предположения, согласно которому у пациентов с гипогонадизмом и подтвержденным низким уровнем тестостерона нарушается веноокклюзионный механизм, что сопровождается патологическим дренированием крови из кавернозных тел (так называемой венозной утечкой) как одной из патогенетических факторов веногенной эректильной дисфункции (ЭД), которая может быть корригирована при лечении тестостероном.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Вагнер Г., Грин Р.
