Приведены эпидемиологические данные по заболеваемости раком молочных желез (РМЖ) на фоне заместительной гормональной терапии (ЗГТ), рассмотрены факторы риска его развития. Подробно представлены пути метаболизма эстрогенов и свойства их гидроксиметаболитов.
