Комбинированные оральные контрацептивы (КОК) — самый распространенный метод контрацепции, используемый более 150 млн женщин во всем мире. Эти препараты не только высокоэффективны (индекс Перля при использовании КОК составляет от 0,05 до 0,4) и редко дают побочные эффекты, но и удобны в применении, обладают хорошей переносимостью, обратимостью действия и отвечают повышенным требованиям безопасности [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>].Со времени создания (60-е годы XX века) КОК подверглись значительным изменениям, при этом производители основное внимание уделяли снижению дозы этинилэстрадиола (ЕЕ) и разработке качественно новых прогестинов [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit2">2</xref>].На современном этапе в качестве гестагенного компонента в современных КОК применяются прогестины (дезогестрел, гестоден, норгестимат, диеногест, дроспиренон), обладающие более выраженными гестагенными свойствами по сравнению с препаратами первых поколений, что позволило существенно снизить их дозу. Преимущества данных КОК заключаются в минимизации их негативного влияния на углеводный обмен, липидный состав крови, а также на систему гемокоагуляции/фибринолиза [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>].В настоящее время по рекомендациямВОЗ доза эстрогенного компонента в КОК,используемых с целью плановой контрацепции, не должна превышать 35 мкг ЕЕ. Однако в практической деятельности все успешнее применяются микродозированные препараты, в которых доза ЕЕ не превышает 20 мкг, что обеспечивает уменьшение числа эстрогензависимых побочных эффектов. В связи с внедрением микродозированных препаратов, обладающих столь же надежными контрацептивными свойствами, что и КОК, применяющиеся в традиционном режиме, возникла необходимость разработки нового режима их применения.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Прилепская В.Н.
