В ней рассматриваются основные этапы зарождения и дальнейшего совершенствовании ЭКО. Проведены параллели между развитием знаний и умений в акушерстве и гинекологии, эндокринологии, фармакологии. В хронологическом порядке изложены наиболее важные достижения таких разделов репродуктологии, как эмбриология, включая проблему криоконсервации и преимплантационной генетической диагностики эмбрионов, функциональная диагностика с ультразвуковым мониторингом развития фолликулов и особенностями доступов при аспирации ооцитов. Определены дальнейшие практические и научные перспективы развития методов вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Отдельное внимание уделено истории появления метода ЭКО в России и состоянию проблемы на настоящее время.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article is devoted, in the first place, to the history of in vitro fertilization method (IVF). The main phase of initiation and further perfection of IVF are elucidated. Correlations of the development knowledge and skills in obstetrics and gynecology, endocrinology, pharmacology are revealed. In a chronological order the main achievements of such reproduction medicine sections as embryology with cryopreservation and PGD analysis, functional diagnostics with ultrasonography are recited. Further practical and scientific perspectives of the artificial reproductive technology's method are determined.
