У женщин с диагностируемым сахарным диабетом (СД) всегда имеется больший риск развития акушерских осложнений, которые можно предотвратить, благодаря знаниям факторов риска развития СД, критериев ранней диагностики, алгоритма ведения беременности, а также при тщательным ведении послеродового периода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pregnancy is a complex metabolic state, which includes dramatic changes in hormone secretion, amid growing demand for energy-rich compounds necessary for growth and development of the fetus.
