При этом, несмотря на большое число исследований по этиологии, патогенезу, диагностике и способах лечения этого заболеваниия (освещенных в обзоре), по данным зарубежных исследователей, приблизительно у 30-78% женщин, больных ГЭ, получавших современное хирургическое и терапевтическое лечение, отмечается персистенция заболевания.Авторы приводят результаты исследований последних лет, направленных на разработку нового подхода к ведению больных ГЭ – комплексной терапии (противовирусные препараты, гормональная терапия и иммуномодуляторы), применение которой у пациенток с ГЭ удлиняет время ремиссии заболевания и увеличивает частоту наступления беременности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Article is devoted an actual problem of gynecology – to an endometriosis which meets on the average at 12-50 % fertility women with chronic pelvic pain and/or barreness and at 5-35 % of women of reproductive age.Authors states results of researches of last years directed on working out of the new approach to treatment of patients with an endometriosis – complex therapy (antiviral preparations, hormonal therapy and immunomodulators) which application f or patients with an endometriosis extends time of remission of disease and increases frequency of approach of pregnancy.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>генитальный эндометриоз</kwd><kwd>бесплодие</kwd><kwd>агонисты гонадотропин-рилизинг-гормона</kwd><kwd>вирусы</kwd><kwd>иммунитет</kwd><kwd>рецидивы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>endometriosis</kwd><kwd>barreness</kwd><kwd>gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists</kwd><kwd>viruses</kwd><kwd>immunity</kwd><kwd>relapses</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Адамян Л.В., Кулаков В.И., Андреева Е.Н.
