Консенсусное заключение по итогам междисциплинарного экспертного совета с международным участием по вопросам персонализированного назначения заместительной гормональной терапии/менопаузальной гормональной терапии у женщин в различные возрастные периоды

Аннотация
Значительное снижение уровня эстрогенов, обусловленное наступлением менопаузы, является причиной развития клинически значимых симптомов климактерического синдрома, существенно ухудшающих качество жизни, а также относится к факторам, повышающим долгосрочные кардиометаболические риски. Согласно действующим российским клиническим рекомендациям, менопаузальная гормональная терапия (МГТ) рассматривается в качестве наиболее эффективного метода коррекции климактерических расстройств.
Для проработки актуальных вопросов ведения пациенток в периодах перии постменопаузы и особенностей назначения МГТ в различных клинических ситуациях в последнем квартале 2025 г. был созван Междисциплинарный экспертный совет, основной задачей которого стала оптимизация научно обоснованных алгоритмов ведения пациенток с климактерическими/постовариоэктомическими синдромами. По итогам работы специалистами национального и международного уровня, представляющими различные области медицины, был утвержден консенсусный документ, регламентирующий принципы назначения заместительной/менопаузальной гормональной терапии женщинам с сопутствующей соматической патологией.
