Abstract

Увеличение массы тела во время беременности имеет не только эстетическое, но и медицинское значение. Скорость метаболизма жировой ткани регулируется генетическими факторами и особенностями пищевого поведения. Вероятно, те же механизмы контролируют во время беременности прибавку массы тела и ее сохранение после родов. В течение I и II триместров беременности прогестерон контролирует аккумуляцию жировой ткани, а в III триместре отвечает за мобилизацию накопленного в депо жира. Возможно, вклад в накопление лишней массы тела вносит лептин, который у беременных секретируется не только жировой тканью, но и плацентой [1].
